Pull Up Bar Advanced pairs an NBR rubber outer shell with a foam inner layer on cross-shaped butterfly pads — anti-slip grip plus shock absorption, where most bars offer only one or the other. A built-in bubble level gets it straight on the first try, and the anti-rotation lock stops mid-set spin. Telescopes to 68 cm, pressure-fit only, holds up to 200 kg.

Will it fit my doorway?
It telescopes from 68 cm to 100 cm and presses into the doorway with a twist-lock, no drilling and no screws. The 68 cm minimum is narrower than most bars, which start at 73–76 cm, so it fits doorways others cannot. It is built for solid wood door frames, cement and plaster, metal frames and standard interior doorways. Measure the inside width of your frame before ordering.
What is a hybrid NBR and foam grip?
The butterfly grip pads are built in two layers. The outer shell is NBR nitrile rubber, which gives anti-slip hold and resists sweat and skin oil. The inner layer is foam, which absorbs shock and keeps longer hanging sets comfortable. Almost every competing bar uses foam alone or rubber alone.
How much weight does it hold, and who can use it?

What does the built-in level actually do?
A bubble level sits in the centre joint of the bar. It shows you when the bar is horizontal, so it goes up straight on the first attempt instead of being judged by eye. A level bar loads both mounting plates evenly, which is what keeps the fit secure.
What exercises can I do with it?
