Refund policy

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals, manuals, and accessories intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS (OUR FAULT)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective or not working;
  • Physically damaged during transit; or
  • Different from what you ordered;

In these cases:

  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
  • We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping charges, if any), based on your preference.

3. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (YOUR CHOICE)

If you simply change your mind or decide you no longer need the product, you can still return it within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original condition.

In these cases:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
  • A return shipping/handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover logistics costs.

4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used or Installed Products: Once a filter or cartridge has been installed, connected to a tap, or had water run through it, it is considered "used" and is strictly non-returnable. We cannot accept returns on wet or used units for hygiene and functional reasons.
  • Broken Seals: Cartridges with broken hygiene seals are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

5. HOW TO START A RETURN

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a pickup via our logistics partner. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. REFUNDS & INSPECTION

Refunds are not immediate upon pickup.

  • Physical Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory physical quality inspection to ensure it is unused and in original condition.
  • Approval: We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt).
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Note: If the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts during inspection, the return request will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
