Shipping policy
At Life Harbor (Tavprasad Sales), we believe in transparency. This policy outlines exactly how we handle payments, dispatch, and delivery to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.
1. MODES OF PAYMENT
We offer secure and convenient payment options for all orders:
- Online Payments: You can pay securely via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major Wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most pin codes in India. Please note that we may call to verify COD orders before dispatching.
2. DISPATCH TIMELINE
- Order Processing: We strive to process every order as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business days) of order confirmation.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for most locations across India.
- Metro Cities: Delivery is often faster (3-5 days).
- Remote Locations: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on the reach of our courier partners.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier logistics.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing:
- The name of our courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees).
- Your unique Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
5. DELIVERY HOURS
Deliveries are typically made by our courier partners between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.
- Contact: The courier agent may call you prior to delivery. If you miss the delivery, they will usually attempt to deliver again on the next business day.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Prepaid Orders: We generally offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- COD Orders: A nominal shipping/handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
