1. Product Warranty
We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all Life Harbor water filter housings from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: This warranty applies strictly to the filter housing/unit against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Exclusions: The cartridge (consumable filter media) is not covered under this warranty. Damage caused by improper installation, physical impact, or use with water temperatures/pressures exceeding the product's rated specifications is also excluded.
- Registration Required: To validate your warranty, you must register your product on our website using your Order ID.
2. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Hygiene Rule: Once a filter or cartridge has been installed or has had water run through it, it is considered "used" and is strictly non-returnable for hygiene and functional reasons.
- Logistics Fee: For "Change of Mind" returns, a handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund to cover reverse logistics.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives defective, physically damaged, or incorrect (due to our fault):
- Report Immediately: Contact us at hello@lifeharbor.in with photos or a video of the issue.
- Our Solution: We will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer you a full refund or a free replacement.
4. How to Register & Claim

- Inspection: All returns undergo a physical quality inspection at our warehouse before a refund or replacement is processed.
5. Legal Disclaimers
- Liability: Life Harbor's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective filter unit. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
