How do I install the cartridges?
It is a simple DIY process.

-Twist the bottom handle to swap the 15-stage filter.
-Twist the top head to swap the mineral ball cartridge.

Why do I need both the 15-stage filter and Mineral balls?
It is a "Purify & Revitalize" system. The 15-Stage filter removes the "bad stuff" (rust, dust, chlorine), ensuring the water is clean. The Mineral balls then add the "good stuff" (oxygen, zinc), restoring the water's natural balance for healthier hair and skin.
Do I need to replace both cartridges at the same time?
Yes, we recommend replacing both every 4 to 6 months. If you only change one, the old filter might restrict water flow or release trapped sediments, reducing the effectiveness of the new cartridge.
Will this reduce TDS?
