Rotating the ball loads the whole arm chain together: deltoid at the shoulder, bicep, brachioradialis in the forearm, tricep, the wrist and the fingers.

How do I use it?
Press the rotor downward until you feel it catch, then let go and start rotating your wrist — it self-starts in about three seconds, no pull cord needed. Once it's spinning, rotate clockwise, anti-clockwise, or move your wrist up and down; resistance builds the same way in every direction, so you can switch it up without losing the effect.
How much resistance does it actually give?
It is infinitely variable and set by your own speed. At 6,000 RPM it pushes back with roughly 7.8 kg. At 9,000 RPM that rises to 18 kg, and at 10,000 RPM to about 22 kg, which is where most users peak. Advanced users reach 32 kg at 12,000 RPM, and 61 kg at 20,000 RPM is record territory.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. The mechanism is purely mechanical, driven by gyroscopic force from the spinning zinc alloy rotor. The LED lights are self-generating from your own kinetic energy, so they glow brighter as you spin faster and there is nothing to plug in, charge or replace.
