Will this fit my wash basin tap?
It is designed to fit 95% of standard household taps. It works with 22mm, 24mm, and 28mm metal-threaded taps, and we include free adapters in the box to ensure a perfect fit. (Note: It is not suitable for square, non-threaded, or plastic taps).

How do I install it?

How often should I replace the cartridge?
We recommend replacing the inner cartridge every 4 to 6 months. If you have very hard water, you might need to change it sooner. You’ll know it’s time when the water flow reduces or you notice the "hard water" feeling returning to your skin.
Can I use warm water to wash my face?
Yes, the filter is safe for temperatures up to 60°C. This is perfect for a warm face wash to open up pores.
